Can I pause my coffee subscription deliveries?

Yes, all you have to do is send us an email a week before your next delivery to pause it. Mail us back to restart it.

Can I make changes to my coffee subscription?

Yes. If you want to update the address or beans, send us an email from your registered email ID.

What is the difference in coffees from various estates?

Coffee from each estate has been curated to bring you the finest beans from the best farmers. The coffee plant has multiple growth stages during which it is precisely cared for by experts. We select beans from varying altitudes, locations and processes, offering you a range of flavour notes to enjoy.

How is the coffee from Third Wave Coffee different from instant or other roasted coffee?

Coffee is best consumed within four weeks after being roasted to ensure freshness and peak taste. Most roasted coffee is packaged and then shelved for months, resulting in the loss of subtle notes and flavours. All our coffee is roasted to order and shipped within two days to ensure you have a delicious experience.

When will I receive my coffee after placing an order?

We roast coffee two to three times every week, processing it as soon as possible and shipping it within 24 hours after.

What brewing method do you recommend for coffee?

At 100 Coffee, we roast our beans to highlight their best properties across various brewing methods. That said, it all boils down to the brewing method and the kind of coffee you prefer in your cup. Please check our blogs, Instagram and Facebook for occasional updates on our favorite combinations.

How should I store my coffee?

You should always store coffee in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or heat. Coffee stored in our packets or air-tight containers should stay fresh for about four weeks.
